In my HDS2 9048 first model, Remote sensing is not functioning. Not the problem of remote control. This 9048 remote is functioning in my other Solid model 6078. Some button of my Toshiba TV's remote is functioning with mismatching to HDS2 9048.If Volume+ button of Toshiba remote working in 9048 box as favorite display. Mute button of Toshiba working as Volume minus. No menu function coming with any button of Toshiba remote. So set top box sensing also working and 9048 remote also good. Why 9048 remote not working in 9048 set top box?. Any solution? No problem in first few months.

Hi I have found that few of the ABS 2 TP's  ex: 12227/H/44000  are not working and I always get no signal.  This is happening from last few days other TP's are working fine.   Is anyone else facing the same issue. Can others please confirm.

Hi,

I am using STB from solid 6141 , I have sufficient  signal strength on all TP's of ABS2 but I am not able to view few channels which are generally listed as available on ABS2 on most of fourms

Below are few of them
1) Channel UFX
2) M tunes
3) Fashion TV

Can you please let me know if these channels are still available in ABS2 ? Where can I get the latest updated channel list for ABS2 ?

Also I see a strange issue with channel FIRANGI,  the channel gets tuned but it shows blank screen by default.  It starts coming only when I switch to other channel and comeback to FIRANGI once again.

I have orders few things from solid & its over a week solid still not shipped it, I caleed them regularly but they will ship it but they wont, & today they dont even pick up my phone this is very bad customer service from solid

my order id is 32502

not expected this from solid

booked on 23/10/2017 & today is 28/10/2017


i already called them on 24, 25, 26, 27 & today they dont pick up my phone

every time i called them they will say "we will deliver it today but they wont" yesterday they say all of courier guyz busy in chhat pooja, so why they wont go & ship it by themselves instead of delaying order & keep harassing customer?
