6. Howdo I add a new free channel when it becomes available? You simply need to use the scan function on the Set Top Box provided and automatically new free channels will be added. In ABS2 KU band Indian channels not available. Only 4 or 5 christian channels got in LNB frequency 10600, 22K ON  mode. Some times a feed channel also available.

Very Unprofessional By Solid

I have orders few things from solid & its over a week solid still not shipped it, I caleed them regularly but they will ship it but they wont, & today they dont even pick up my phone this is very bad customer service from solid

my order id is 32502

not expected this from solid

booked on 23/10/2017 & today is 28/10/2017


i already called them on 24, 25, 26, 27 & today they dont pick up my phone

every time i called them they will say "we will deliver it today but they wont" yesterday they say all of courier guyz busy in chhat pooja, so why they wont go & ship it by themselves instead of delaying order & keep harassing customer?

I will update my thread with further harassment from solid
